The Associate Director of Global Services Learning & Development acts as a strategic consultant to business partners, identifying needs, recommending performance and learning solutions, and ensuring effective, high quality learner experience. This role involves creating and managing large-scale learning strategies to improve organizational capabilities and promote compliance. It requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between learning strategies and curriculum design. Additionally, the role involves working with governance bodies, delivering effective learning solutions, and ensuring program and budget needs are addressed in business plan. This position oversees global processes, including corporate initiative program and project management. It is directly responsible for learning strategy and support for one or more functional areas such as HR, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Tech, Finance, and Procurement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management/Instructional Design or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with demonstrated success in leading projects as well as developing & implementing strategies.
• Experience managing learning portfolios for global organizations

• Flexible role with onsite expectations of 3 days per 5 day work week
• Some travel may be required.
