Application Support Software Engineer will handle tickets and incidents raised by end-users of the application. This role primarily troubleshoots and resolves errors and log details in tickets for reference. They act quickly to analyze available data and find the root cause of issues. They provide solutions either themselves or pass the problem along to other engineering teams and provide users with progress updates.
