Project Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to assist with parts tracking, invoicing, and distribution of quality documentation. This role is critical to ensure timely part shipments and maintaining the accuracy of technical records on the shop floor. The position supports both operations and quality by entering and managing data in key systems and facilitating communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly administrative tasks related to parts tracking, invoicing, and shipment readiness
• Input and maintain accurate data in the parts tracking database to enable timely shipments to castings
• Support the sale and invoicing of parts by processing entries and validating documentation
• Distribute updated quality documents to the shop floor as part of change control or technical package updates
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure delivery of accurate technical packages
• Support internal communication between Quality, Operations, and administrative teams to avoid delays or errors

Required Qualifications:

• Some experience with data entry and databases
• Computer savvy with proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a team-based production environment
• Self-driven and highly organized with attention to detail; ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
• Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation workflows and ERP systems
• Experience supporting Quality or Production departments
• Exposure to parts tracking or supply chain systems in a manufacturing setting
• Associate or Bachelor's in relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing)

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $25.00-28.00 per hour.
