In this role, you will be part of Teradata's Product Engineering leadership team and will lead the strategy and execution for infrastructure, test automation, and release automation for Teradata's cloud analytics and AI platform. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance across hybrid cloud environments, enabling Teradata to deliver trusted, enterprise-grade solutions. By leveraging agentic AI, you will transform CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release processes, cloud cost optimization, and resource management to drive efficiency and innovation.
This role reports directly to the SVP, Product Engineering, AI, Analytics, Apps, and UX and partners across the Teradata ecosystem. You will:

Deep understanding of platform reliability, performance optimization, observability, and secure AI deployment. Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate technical vision and business impact. A passion for AI, data, and analytics and a drive to deliver innovation at global enterprise scale.

Pay Rate: 217300.0000 - 271600.0000 - 325900.0000 Annually. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
