Salesforce Knowledge Operations Specialist

Duration: 4 months December 2025 - March 2026 Location: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days/week - Indianapolis Salesforce office Position Overview The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management KEM team during a four-month contract period. This role will focus on enterprise policy updates knowledge article publishing and operational support to ensure seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Article Management
  • Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence and multiple Salesforce orgs
  • Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes
  • Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives
  • Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures
  • Policy Documentation Support
  • Assist with enterprise policy management updates and publication in Confluence
  • Assist with Standard Operating Procedures SOPs reviews and updates
  • Administrative Project Support
  • Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements
  • Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates
  • Submit regular status reports on progress

Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in knowledge management/operations legal operations or similar field
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management
  • Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation
  • Background in policy management
  • Knowledge of AI/agent content preparation

Success Metrics:

  • Successful maintenance of knowledge article publishing schedules
  • Timely completion of policy updates and compliance training support
  • Timely queue and case/matter management
  • Effective handoff documentation for permanent team member return

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
