TekSystems is hiring a Knowledge Operations Specialist for a large tech company in Indianapolis, IN! Location: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days/week - Downtown Indianapolis

Position Overview

The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management KEM team during a four-month contract period. This role will focus on enterprise policy updates knowledge article publishing and operational support to ensure seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge Article Management
• Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes
• Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives
• Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures
• Policy Documentation Support
• Assist with enterprise policy management updates and publication in Confluence
• Assist with Standard Operating Procedures SOPs reviews and updates
• Administrative Project Support
• Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements
• Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates
• Submit regular status reports on progress

Must Have Skills/Experience

• 3-5 years experience in knowledge management/operations legal operations or similar field
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills
• Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management
• Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation
• Policy management
• Knowledge of AI/agent content preparation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
