Full-Time Physical Therapist – School-Based

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in students' lives? We're seeking a dedicated school-based Physical Therapist to join our team and support students across various grade levels throughout the district. Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: $45/hour Benefits: Full benefits package included (medical, dental, vision, 401K + many more!) Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping students thrive by:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized plans of care
• Delivering and documenting therapy services in alignment with physician's orders (when applicable)
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student success

Minimum Requirements

+ Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program + Preferred: 1+ year of professional experience + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
