The role is highly internal-facing, focused on enabling leadership effectiveness and improving decision-making across large, complex delivery portfolios.
• Partner with OCI construction and delivery leadership, including all VPs (M6) and IC6s, to support program-level planning, execution, and performance management
• Assist with internal reporting and executive readouts covering schedule, risks, milestones, dependencies, and capacity impacts
• Manage and track headcount, PINs, and workforce planning in partnership with HR, Finance, and leadership
• Support hiring efforts, including requisition planning, prioritization, and coordination with recruiting partners
• Assist with internal stakeholder alignment across OCI teams including design engineering, network, capacity planning, procurement, hardware, commissioning, and operations
• Coordinate closely with the Construction Chief of Staff, who will own similar and adjacent technical programs, to support leadership forums, strategic initiatives, and follow-through on key actions
• Support onboarding of new team members by coordinating access, tools, operating rhythms, and role clarity to ensure rapid productivity and alignment
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance models, and decision-tracking mechanisms across the organization
• Identify systemic risks, resourcing gaps, and execution issues, elevating insights and recommendations to leadership
• Enable scenario planning and tradeoff analysis tied to capacity, staffing, and delivery commitments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on predictability, speed, and quality
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, construction operations, or a related role
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within hyperscale cloud, data center delivery, or mission-critical infrastructure organizations
• Familiarity with workforce planning, headcount management, and internal governance processes
• Experience building or scaling internal operating and reporting frameworks
• MBA, PMP, or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Operates independently with limited direction
• Owns complex internal problem spaces end to end
• Acts as a trusted partner to VPs (M6), IC6s, and the Construction Chief of Staff
• Drives clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across internal teams
• Consistently delivers high-quality outputs that materially improve leadership decision-making
