Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Lawrence, Indiana. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, order processing, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely tracking and delivery.

  • Utilize tools like Outlook and Teams to manage communications and scheduling effectively.

  • Coordinate with shipping providers to monitor and update delivery timelines.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for client services.
  • Deliver exceptional service while adhering to business casual attire guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in call centers or similar environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage directly with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with order entry and tracking systems such as P21.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Experience with email correspondence and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
