The Director of Branch Operations supports the Executive Director by managing daily operations. You will ensure that Branch Operations are performing efficiently and meeting scorecard outcomes. You will supervise the Deputy Director, Data Analyst, Administrative Assistant, and others who have an impact on assessing and monitoring internal improvements. You will also develop policies, procedures, and evaluative methods to measure progress toward goals. This position serves in the BMV Branch Operations offices at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Salary: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $75,010.00 annually but may be commensurate with education and experience.

+ Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
+ Broad knowledge of all BMV/C transactions and branch flow.
+ Extensive knowledge of all source materials and references, such as Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and all BMV/C Policies and Procedures.
+ Broad knowledge of STARS database.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and correlate material and make recommendations on implementation in current programs.
+ Ability to assist in the developing and implementing of new principles and policies and discern any far reaching implications.
+ Ability to establish program goals, priorities and methodology.
+ Strong verbal and written communicating skills.
+ Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
+ Ability to handle and manage multiple projects or tasks at one time.
