Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Arabic/Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes, quality, and presentation standards. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP guidelines. - Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new Arabic/Lebanese dishes. - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service. - Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste. - Supervise and mentor junior team members (for senior roles).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/F&B industry.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
