Responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned obstetrical, neonatal and gynecological patients. The Registered Nurse's responsibilities include, but are not limited to utilization of the nursing process in the provision of care, communicating with all members of the health care team to assure patient goals are being met and coordinated, providing excellent customer service while supporting the patients and families physical and emotional health.
Minimum: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Current PA RN license, Act 33/73 clearance, Healthcare Provider CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation
Minimum: One year OB or two years acute care nursing experience.
Preferred: One year labor and delivery experience; high-risk neonatal experience.
