We're hiring our first Head Of Emea Sales to scale our go-to-market presence across the region and help grow the business from approximately $XXM ARR to $XXXM and beyond. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to build a multi-segment, multi-country revenue engine across EMEA and APJC (excluding ANZ), while partnering closely with GTM and company leadership to accelerate our growth.
You'll inherit a strong GTM team based in the UK and work cross-functionally to expand into key markets like France, DACH, and the Nordics. You'll also help shape our long-term regional strategy, operating cadence, and cultural foundation. This role reports directly into the CRO.
Our GTM team is growing quickly. In London, we've already established pods across Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, Customer Success, BDR, and Solutions Engineering, with a mix of internally promoted and experienced team-leads/first-line managers in place. You will be the most senior regional leader, responsible for orchestrating sales, success, SE, and partnerships efforts across EMEA. We've already seen strong traction with digital-native scale-ups and large enterprises, and are now ready to scale our presence and impact across the region.
You'll work closely with our executive leadership, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to build and deliver a world-class go-to-market experience across EMEA.
