This role is key to that. You'll be one of our dedicated Engineering recruiters, owning the process end-to-end from finding great people to getting them over the line. Candidate experience matters to us, and you'll be responsible for making it excellent at every stage.
We care about quality, not quantity. We want to find a small number of excellent people, and are happy to do magic, creative, or expensive things to find them. That means working closely with our team to amplify their work, open doors, and doing whatever it takes to get the right people talking to us.
This is a high-impact role, you'll work closely with our CEO, CTO and VP Engineering. The role is based in our London office we're in at least 3 days a week because we believe being together helps us learn and move faster.
