Ina Kess is designed and developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Europe, available worldwide through a seamless omnichannel presence.

Per September 1, 2025 or by agreement, we are looking for a talented Sales Associate Ina Kess (at least 50%) Location: Alsterhaus in Hamburg, Germany

We are a privately owned company from Switzerland with flat hierarchies and great entrepreneurial freedom. If you are a passionate and committed sales professional with a will to succeed and bring the following qualifications, we look forward to your application documents.

Your tasks:

• You inspire customers with unique wearing comfort thanks to innovative fabrics and perfect cuts and convince through your authentic and stylish consultation
• You build and maintain long-term customer relationships via WhatsApp and phone
• With passion and expertise, you sell our range and ensure an exclusive shopping experience
• You ensure optimal presentation of our collections according to the Ina Kess "Golden Rules"
• Administrative and organizational tasks such as orders, inventory, and event support are also part of your responsibilities
• You are a brand ambassador with heart and actively contribute to the development of Ina Kess in the Alsterhaus

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in the luxury textile retail segment
• Enthusiasm for personal customer contact, strong initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
• A confident, positive, and authentic appearance with a lot of charm
• Fashion consciousness and a strong affinity for the fashion world
• Fluent German and English skills (other languages are a plus)
• Experience in active customer acquisition, especially through digital channels like WhatsApp
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
