We offer an impressive product line, a compelling value proposition, and a dynamic team. We need a skilled Systems Engineer to help advance and sustain our radar products, which include Machine Learning (ML), Moving Target Indication (MTI), and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with partners and customers in a technical capacity.
  • Mentor fellow engineers and contribute expertise.
  • Operate with minimal oversight while taking the lead on projects when needed.
  • Play a key role in shaping projects and making a significant impact.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in radar systems performance analysis.
  • BS or MS in an Engineering-related field.
  • US Citizen, eligible for a US Government security clearance.
  • Able to work onsite at our Springville, Utah facility.
  • Basic knowledge of Python

Preferred Skills:

  • Radar system performance modeling, simulation, data analysis, and test planning.
  • Derivation and allocation of radar system hardware and software requirements.
  • Understanding of methods and applications for airborne SAR and MTI modes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python.
  • Organization, communication, and documentation, with proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software.
