Responsibilities

As an Operational Service & Project Lead, you will play a central role in our delivery and processing logic. You will ensure that our products – from order to invoice – arrive at the customer with maximum efficiency, quality, and speed. Your contribution has a direct impact on our operational KPIs – e.g., delivery time and time to product availability.

• Responsibility for the complete order processing – from order to shipment
• Purchasing of products, hardware, and accessories
• RFID-tagging and systematic assignment of articles in new customer and inventory warehouses
• Product setup and maintenance of master data – you ensure that our articles are quickly and cleanly available in the system
• Invoicing including coordination with sales and accounting

Qualification

• You have initial experience in operational purchasing, processing, or order management
• You love structure and clarity, think in processes, and optimize workflows on your own initiative
• You are proficient with tools like Excel/Sheets, ERP, or PIM systems (e.g., Xentral, SAP, etc.)
• You are communicative, conscientious – and a true doer

To ensure smooth cooperation with our German-speaking partners, fluent German language skills at mother tongue level (C1+/C2) are essential. Your fluent language skills bridge communication gaps, promote our cooperation, and increase overall productivity.
