Service Technician

The Service Technician's focus will be on diagnosing/repairing commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to troubleshoot vacuum cleaners, auto scrubbers, 120VAC, 12VDC 24VDC, 36/VDC equipment, perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and perform facility maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment failures in house or on-site repairs as needed.
• Keep current on service manuals and trade documents.
• Work with Procurement to maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet needs of customers.
• Physical count of inventory.
• Maintain and schedule preventative maintenance program.
• Log and respond to all customer calls on a timely basis.
• Cross training on troubleshooting equipment repairs.
• Drive company work van with trailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Technical school training.
• Mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, and crawl.
• Ability to lift 70lbs.
