Inside Sales Representative

Well-established and growing wholesale distributor in Tucker, GA, is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to manage walk-in customers and drive sales from their warehouse location.

$22–$24/hour | Temp-to-Hire | 9am–7pm, 7 days/week (one rotating day off)

What You'll Do

Work the sales floor of a wholesale warehouse environment, assisting retail customers, processing orders, and working closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Greet and assist walk-in retail customers, understand their needs, and recommend products
• Promote best-sellers, new arrivals, and current deals — upsell and cross-sell to grow order value
• Prepare and process sales orders and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and fulfillment
• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Track customer preferences and product movement
• Assist with product display and merchandising in the warehouse

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or wholesale
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with POS or billing systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Smoke/vape industry experience (preferred)
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
