Outside Sales Representative

Well-established and growing wholesale distributor in Tucker, GA, is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow their convenience store and smoke shop accounts across the metro Atlanta area.

$50,000 base + commission | Car allowance and/or mileage reimbursement | Bilingual a plus

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a territory of convenience stores, gas stations, and smoke shops within approximately 60 miles of metro Atlanta — with occasional travel beyond that radius.
• Visit existing accounts regularly to take orders and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Identify and develop new retail customers within your territory
• Present and promote new products and promotional deals to store owners and managers
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competitor products, and demand trends
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility where applicable
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on order processing and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits and customer orders

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG
• Experience calling on convenience stores, gas stations, or smoke shops
• Experience with smoke, vape, tobacco, beverage, or snack distribution
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a territory independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
