Bilingual Human Resources And Payroll Specialist
Excellent opportunity for experienced bilingual/Spanish Human Resources and payroll specialist. This is a dynamic role encompassing HR and payroll in a property management environment. Company is located in the Brookhaven area close to Doraville and Chamblee area of Atlanta.
Full-Time Direct Hire Position | $60-65k/Year | In Office 9:00am-5:00pm
HR Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to termination
- Handle PTO requests and time-off tracking
- Oversee employee benefits including health insurance and COBRA administration
- Respond to Department of Labor requests and manage time-sensitive audits
- Conduct annual workers' compensation audits
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters
Property Management Support:
- Communicate with commercial tenants and manage maintenance work orders
- Draft and review lease agreements, renewals, and contracts
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs with leasing teams
- Conduct market studies to determine competitive rental rates
- Assist with receivables, collections, and tenant data entry in Yardi
- Review and process vendor invoices and utility bills
- Ensure tenant insurance compliance
- Support vendor contract coordination and management
Administrative Responsibility:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare property management invoices and tenant billings
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Provide due diligence support for appraisers, attorneys, and auditors
- Assist main office with various administrative needs
