Account Manager / Customer Service For Custom Printing

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Tucker, GA, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their tight-knit team!

$23-24/hour | Full-time | Direct Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support and account management
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up on orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Create accurate price quotations
• Support account growth with excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Google Workspace tools
• Background in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Someone seeking long-term career stability

Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required
