Your Role at Impact.com:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is focused on the day-to-day execution of email campaigns — from building and QA'ing to scheduling and performance tracking. You'll play a key role in getting our emails out the door efficiently, accurately, and on brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about marketing operations and wants to learn the ins and outs of high-volume email production in a fast-paced team.

What You'll Learn:

  • Best practices for email marketing, QA, and production
  • How to use industry tools like Litmus, and enterprise ESPs like Marketo and Ipost
  • Hands-on exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG), segmentation, and dynamic content
  • Real-world experience collaborating with creative, technical, and strategic growth teams

What You'll Do:

  • Build, test, and schedule daily email campaigns using our email marketing platform Marketo, and Ipost
  • Apply audience segmentation and ensure correct targeting for each campaign
  • Perform rigorous QA checks to ensure emails render correctly across devices and clients
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and CRM teams to ensure all assets are ready and correct
  • Maintain the email campaign calendar and ensure timely execution
  • Track and report on performance metrics (open, click, bounce, unsubscribe rates)
  • Support with A/B testing, UTM tagging, and campaign tagging
  • Assist in list uploads, suppression handling, and database maintenance

What You Have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination (internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
  • HTML/CSS and SQL
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and reporting
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
