We are seeking a Principal Business Support Specialist to provide executive and operational support to our US Commercial leadership team. This role blends the discretion of an Executive Assistant with the agility of a business operations coordinator, ensuring seamless operations, enabling team productivity, and supporting the buildout of the Commercial team and the launch of our first PRAME-targeted therapy, anzu-cel. As a Principal Business Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial operations:
Executive & Administrative Support: Provide multi-faceted administrative support to ensure effective use of executive time and productive interactions with staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
Manage complex calendars and proactively coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones.
Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and follow-up actions for internal and external meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion and serve as a trusted point of contact on behalf of the Commercial executives.
Conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the SVP Commercial and leadership team; draft summaries, slides, and reports as needed.
Commercial Business Support: Coordinate cross-functional projects, track deliverables, and manage team workflows using project management tools.
Maintain and streamline shared Commercial resources such as templates, trackers, SOPs, and launch readiness tools.
Implement and improve administrative processes to support the Commercial function's growth and scalability.
Contribute to planning and execution of team events, off-sites, workshops, and key Commercial milestones.
Organizational Relationship Management: Serve as an internal liaison between the Commercial team and key functions including Legal, Finance, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.
Build and maintain strategic working relationships across all levels of the organization to support seamless coordination and communication.
Represent the Commercial function professionally and with a high degree of organizational knowledge.
Bachelor's degree required. 4–7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably biotech. Prior experience supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, or Business Development teams is strongly preferred.

This is a fully remote role based in a home-office setting, with team collaboration conducted through virtual tools and platforms. To support the demands of this position, the home work environment must be professional, quiet, and free from distractions, enabling focused, uninterrupted productivity. The remote setup is designed to foster effective communication, real-time collaboration, and seamless coordination using video conferencing tools. While offering the flexibility of working from home, the role requires a high level of personal accountability, responsiveness, and a reliable workspace that supports consistent, high-quality performance and engagement.
