Technical Sales Manager (M/F/D) In Food & Nutrition Segment
To strengthen our team in Hungary, we are seeking a committed and chemically knowledgeable Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the Food & Nutrition segment with strong sales competence and a hands-on mentality, to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
Technical and application-oriented consulting for Hungarian customers in the field of food additives and ingredients
Regular customer visits and development of long-term customer relationships
Sales, budget, and customer responsibility for multiple segments within the food processing industry (brewing, bakery, dairy, or nutrition sectors)
Identification and development of new business opportunities with existing and new customers, including the completion of projects and long-term framework agreements
Independent preparation and calculation of offers and contracts, taking into account economic and technical requirements
Ongoing reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, as well as maintaining and updating all sales-related activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Conducting market and competitor analyses to evaluate customer potential and identify relevant market trends
Regular product training sessions internally with our application technologists and externally with our exclusive partners
Your Profile
A solid educational background in food technology or a related field, along with experience in selling technical solutions or services.
A strong technical and chemical background, ideally with hands-on practical experience
At least three years of professional sales experience in the food industry
Fluent in Hungarian and English (corporate language)
Proficient in IT systems, ideally with experience using Salesforce
A sales-driven personality with strong consulting skills and a focus on building long-term customer relationships
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customers, partner companies, and colleagues Team spirit combined with an independent and solution-oriented working style
A hands-on mentality and a willingness to take on responsibility
High motivation and flexibility, strong self-organization, willingness to travel (within Hungary and internationally), and a valid driver's license
