The Exceptional Education Services team provides enhanced, specialized support to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities and students on individual learning plans. This position develops and implements educational strategies both individually and in small groups. Exceptional Education Resource Specialist is a champion for the student, working diligently to help students meet conceptual and mastery learning goals in a virtual and hybrid academic environment. This position may be assigned to either students on IEP, Section 504, Gifted or English Language Learner plans based on experience and certification requirements.
This is a regular, full-time position. Compensation is anticipated to be between $40,079 and $45,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
