Imagen is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented Clinical Strategy & Operations Director to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a key leadership role where you will manage a growing team and spearhead critical initiatives that directly impact our specialist network, operational efficiency, and overall organizational growth.
Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring that Imagen's specialist network is structured to deliver high-quality interpretations efficiently and at scale. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently seeking opportunities to push our organization forward. Lead and develop a high-performing team driving forecasting, scheduling, and productivity optimization across Imagen's specialist network.
Act as a true operator, taking ownership from strategy through execution to deliver measurable improvements in throughput, utilization, and automation.
Own Imagen's capacity planning strategy, partnering with Operations, Commercial and Strategic Finance teams to design and execute data-driven hiring and deployment plans that ensure scalable growth and best-in-class clinical quality.
Drive Imagen's most critical enterprise initiatives in partnership with the VP of Clinical Strategy & Operations, translating strategic priorities into scalable operational outcomes that expand network capacity, improve efficiency, and strengthen financial performance.
Partner with Product, Tech, and AI teams to accelerate efficiency improvements and automation across specialist workflows.
Genuine enthusiasm for Imagen's mission and vision, with a deep curiosity and a desire to make a significant impact in healthcare.
A passion for improving healthcare through technology, efficiency, and innovation.
7+ years in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or operations with proven leadership experience.
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear operational and financial insights.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations or physician workforce management preferred.

The base salary for the position is between $200,000 - $225,000 plus equity, bonus, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
