Job Responsibilities

Must be able to operate CNC machining centers, such as mills and lathes. Make and revise CNC programs. Able to perform set-ups on all machines. Capable of learning processes such as drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, boring and turning. Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, etc. Responsible for maintaining equipment and basic troubleshooting. Run deburring equipment. Use fixtures to produce parts. Maintain a clean, safe workplace. Overtime commitment when needed.

Experience And Skills Required

Must have minimum of 2 years CNC machine operation experience and knowledge. Able to operate conventional machines, such as, but not limited to: engine lathe, Bridgeport, turret lathe, and radial drill press. Able to learn CNC programming software. Must be able to read blueprints. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in prolonged postures (bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing, and squatting) while performing all job tasks. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
