The Upper Enterprise Account Executive will focus on selling into the upper enterprise space on the Services & Distribution Team. A successful candidate will use consultative selling skills to understand prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D West Upper Enterprise business segment (15,000+ ee). In this role, the AE will own a few of UKG's most prominent and strategic accounts, however this is a true Hunter role.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
