Zurich North America is hiring an Underwriting Account Service Manager for our Specialties Construction team! We are open to hiring in any location commutable to a Zurich office, with hiring preference for Atlanta or Dallas. While we are open to locations nationwide, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office three days per week. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $74,300.00 - $121,700.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
