This is an exempt level position. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating learning and implementing at ADM's West Plant. The training coordinator will prepare, coordinate and the training of hourly and salaried colleagues. This role will work closely with site and department leaders to assess efficiency, identify continuous improvement opportunity and support process sustainability.
Ability to establish expectations for safety, quality, reliability, service and efficiency. Must be customer focused and be proactive in dealing with conflict, influencing others, listening, management of priorities, organization & planning and partnering. Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills. Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written. Skilled with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Onenote, Visio and PiVision. Experience with photography and video creation.
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
Experience with Performance Excellence, Total Process Management, Continuous Colleague Development, A2E(Ability to Execute) or similar continuous improvement systems is a plus Practical and/or educational experience with developing and delivering training Prior industrial experience preferred
Able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty or wet environment & various chemicals safely.
Ability to ascend and descend stairs Ability to move/transport 55 pounds Sit and stand for long periods Work in confined spaces Work at heights Bending and kneeling Be respirator qualified

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $58,100.00 - $108,000.00.
