T700 Field Service Representative - Poland Depot

The GE Aerospace Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide on-site support and technical assistance to the customer T700 engine depot activities located in Deblin, Poland. The position requires a deep understanding of the T700 engine and depot maintenance policies and practices. While in this role, the FSR will act as the liaison between GE Aerospace and the customer. The FSR will provide detailed assistance to the customer establishment of depot activities utilizing best practices and FLIGHT DECK principals and tools to support the T700 engine.

This role supports depot activities for the T700 engine located at WZL1 Depot – Deblin, Poland. As a Field Service Representative, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, providing timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to the maintenance, repair, and management of T700 engines. This full-time role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to ensure production schedules are met. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting GE Aerospace's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: serving as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to T700 engines; establishing and maintaining on-site contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers; utilizing in-depth knowledge of engine repair and maintenance practices and troubleshooting to help customers quickly resolve issues and maintain production schedules; executing contract deliverables that meet production schedules while closely ensuring safety of operations; proposing solutions outside of set parameters to address complex maintenance and troubleshooting processes; acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience and leading small projects with low risk and resource requirements; utilizing Salesforce to report benefits provided to customers and track customer interactions; conveying performance expectations and handling sensitive issues while fostering consensus among team members; providing interpretation of data and technical instructions to the customer; offering technical assistance in identifying and using special tools and best practices for T700 engine maintenance; developing and recommending informal training programs to support maintenance and troubleshooting tasks; assisting with fault analysis, malfunction reports, and maintenance problem resolution while maintaining a focus on system safety; reviewing maintenance actions to identify training needs or deficiencies and improve practices; supporting logistics tasks, including work scope reviews, maintenance scheduling, data recording, and hardware tracking; applying FLIGHT DECK operating model principles to root cause analysis, issue resolution, and trend analysis; demonstrating best methods for disassembling, repairing, and assembling engines and components; drafting and submitting clear and concise field event reports to GE Product Support Engineering (PSE) and internal program managers; and proactively engaging in activities aimed at reducing customer cost of ownership and increasing availability.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with advanced experience in T700 engine maintenance particularly at the depot level of maintenance. They possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in international customer environments, and are committed to driving customer satisfaction and product performance.

Required qualifications include: a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service/maintenance position as a military field service representative); minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on jet propulsion systems; demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; ability and willingness to travel as required and relocate to Poland; advanced experience in services & customer service management; hands-on experience in maintenance tasks on the T700 engine and engine components; and ability to work with international customers while recognizing and respecting cultural differences to meet program goals and contractual requirements.

Preferred qualifications include: proven ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs; analytical and quality improvement expertise; ability to lead and influence GE Aerospace customers and peers; high degree of tact, diplomacy, and ability to work harmoniously with internationally located customer personnel; and thorough understanding of electronic software tools for managing large projects including development of products to aid the customer and company program managers track production and adhere to maintenance standards.

Candidates must meet applicable requirements under U.S. export control laws and regulations. The base pay range for this position is $93,800 - $140,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on August 1st, 2025.
