Support Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in Itasca, Illinois. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by facilitating onboarding, delivering training, and providing first-tier support. Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through onboarding processes, providing comprehensive training on the use of the client portal.
- Create and enhance training materials, including walkthroughs and video guides, to support effective learning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, researching and delivering clear solutions to address their needs.
- Update and maintain client portal environments to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency in working with multiple browsers and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Strong skills in email correspondence and clear, detail-oriented communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer success strategies and solutions.
- Ability to research and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
