Senior CCM Engineer

The Senior CCM Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-level customer communication workflows and templates using the Quadient Inspire suite. This role focuses on modernizing and streamlining document generation and automation processes that power the organization's print, digital, and omnichannel delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, and Approve to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant communication delivery across all business units.

Key responsibilities include: designing, building, and optimizing templates, workflows, and output formats using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive; redesigning or rebuilding existing document templates, blocks, and workflows to align with modern communication and design standards; collaborating with business stakeholders to understand communication needs and translate them into technical specifications; providing mentorship and guidance to the development team, conducting code reviews, and optimizing performance; coordinating with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery; ensuring communication solutions align with branding, regulatory, and localization standards; and serving as a key technical contact for project delivery and supporting continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.
