Solutions Engineer

Job Title

Responsibilities + Analyze inspection reports and job requirements to develop precise cost estimates, considering labor, materials, and overhead. + Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to source materials at optimal pricing. + Review and validate test data for completeness and accuracy. + Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding estimates, products, and services. + Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or technical issues. + Provide technical support and guidance related to motor performance and rebuild processes. + Participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations as needed. + Assess estimate accuracy and update work plans to reflect any discrepancies. + Manage sales transactions from quote to order acknowledgment using ERP systems. + Maintain organized and comprehensive job documentation. + Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to enhance service offerings. Essential Skills + Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating, customer service, or a technical industry. + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and estimating software. + Strong analytical and mathematical skills with mechanical aptitude. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $69.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
