Service Greeter-Porter Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Greeter-Porter to join our team at Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, Illinois. As a Service Greeter-Porter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Escort customers to the appropriate service advisor
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and customer waiting lounges
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and offerings
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Help maintain a positive and customer-centric atmosphere at the dealership
• Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Capture pictures of our customers' vehicles
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
