We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales/Business Development Executive with a hunter mentality to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new business opportunities for in-house brokerage while expanding relationships with existing customers. You'll engage in daily conversations with clients about freight lanes, requirements, and pricing, while presenting the company's full range of logistics solutions. Success in this position means consistently landing new accounts, growing wallet share, and delivering strong sales results across both LTL (less truckload) and TL (truckload) business.
Base salary $60,000 to $95,000 plus commission. Hybrid work schedule (Bolingbrook, IL). Growth opportunity within a high-performing corporate environment.
