Your typical day - Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment - Target key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more - Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements - Work with prospects in a consultative manner as a life safety expert - Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing Nelbud.
What will you bring? - Successful B2B sales experience - Mechanical aptitude - Controls or life safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus - Consultative selling approach - Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach - CRM programs - Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera.
