The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty, accurately and efficiently managing cash register transactions, being an Ollie's store and inventory expert, and assisting with freight logistics and learning how great retailers merchandise their products. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, a positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.
