Job Opportunity At Pearle Vision
Pearle Vision is seeking an enthusiastic associate to work at our fast-paced, customer service-centered location. Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Positive interactions with patients
- Greeting patients immediately and with enthusiasm
- Answering phones using appropriate script
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking insurance benefits
- Guiding patients to appropriate areas
- Entering information in POS system
- Assisting patients with eyewear adjustments
- Assisting patients with eyewear selection
- Eyewear sales
