Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and engineering reports. Assist in the design, evaluation, and integration of mechanical components and equipment into production systems. Contribute to floor layout planning and equipment setup to support scalable and efficient production operations. Conduct root cause analysis of quality and production issues and support implementation of corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with internal specifications.
Requirements: Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) in Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Skills required: Manufacturing Processes, Machine Elements, Quality Systems, AutoCAD. Any suitable combination of experience, education, or training is acceptable.
