Production Associate

Hiring for a Production Associate – urgent need – can start immediately!!!

Pay: $20/hr

Only 3rd shift!!!

Location – Salem, IL

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Recipe Master: Follow detailed recipes to ensure accurate mix instructions for each job.

Precision Weigher: Measure raw materials with precision, using scales to ensure exact quantities.

Inventory Guru: Load raw materials into bins and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Instruction Checker: Verify work instructions to ensure accurate settings for each job.

Material Expert: Identify and locate the proper material thickness and gauge for production.

Placement Pro: Ensure proper setting and placement of products in kilns/ovens according to work instructions.

Kiln/Oven Specialist: Place products in the correct kiln or oven and fire them as required, following SOPs for proper firing.

Tool Change Champion: Recognize the need for and complete tool changes efficiently.

Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
