Responsibilities:
Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance safety and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with operations, production, and safety teams to identify gaps in manufacturing processes.
Conduct field visits to evaluate P&ID and incorporate findings into technical documents.
Drive safety process improvements, including Lockout Tagout procedures.
Engage in cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and alignment among teams.
Essential Skills:
Experience in the chemical industry, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret P&ID documents.
Proficiency in technical writing or SOP development.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact across various functions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Open to candidates with experience in oil and gas or consumer products industries.
1-2 years of relevant industry experience or co-op experience.
Work Environment:
The position offers a dynamic work environment, alternating between field/plant locations and a corporate office cubicle setting. The standard workweek is 40 hours, with flexibility for occasional adjustments. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
