We are currently seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to lead patient dining operations at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage patient room service and call center operations across two campuses.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to align food service strategies with UnityPoint's mission and values.
  • Utilize Sodexo tools and UnityPoint's patient experience programs to deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive team engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement improvements using Sodexo systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for patient care and a collaborative, responsive approach to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services
