Job Opportunity
Prime Healthcare Medical Group is seeking a patient service representative to join their team. The schedule is Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm, and 1-2 Saturdays a month 8am-1pm. The facility is located at 3048 W Peterson Ave, Chicago IL.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Appointment scheduling is also required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of one year experience in customer service, six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred, and a current BLS certificate.
