Digital Operations Support Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Operations Support Analyst to support Level 2 operations for a suite of procurement and supply chain digital tools. This role is part of the Strategic Procurement and Planning Division and will serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Special Point of Contact for application-related issues. The analyst will ensure timely incident resolution, system compliance, and successful implementation of new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for multiple digital applications within SPPD.
• Triage and resolve incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Validate issue resolution and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on application changes and enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for new features and updates.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service or digital application support.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 Application Suite.
• Experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Associate's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience also considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
