You\'ll collaborate with our design, digital, and sales teams to build full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that resonate. Your work will directly influence brand perception, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.

Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies that support every stage of the customer journey. Create engaging email templates for nurturing and re-engagement, aligned with Daniels Health\'s brand voice. Build and manage multi-sequence email campaigns tailored to specific audiences. Design and optimize landing pages to support campaign-specific user journeys. Use audience data and traffic trends to identify content opportunities and manage campaign workflows. Perform content gap analyses and recommend strategic content additions. Support the integration of new marketing automation channels for scalability and precision targeting.

Must-have qualifications include 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email and digital campaigns. Strong communication and creative thinking skills, with a data-informed approach. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot). Expertise in UTM tracking, lead attribution, and campaign analytics. Deep understanding of messaging strategies across the customer journey. Experience crafting conversion-focused content for full-funnel campaigns. Comfortable editing content from senior contributors and collaborating cross-functionally. Familiarity with Salesforce.

Nice-to-have skills include experience working with third-party vendors and external partners. Background in healthcare, sustainability, or B2B marketing.
