The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a highly organized and experienced Manager of ADR Services to lead arbitration and mediation case administration and supervise a team of Case Administrators. In this role, you will manage a dynamic caseload, serve as the primary liaison with parties and neutrals, and ensure consistent application of AAA's rules and procedures. Responsibilities include training staff, leading conference calls and preliminary hearings, identifying and resolving case management issues, and ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data security standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills along with a solid foundation in ADR processes.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field; or equivalent mix of education and experience + 4–6 years of comprehensive customer service and case management experience in a legal, judicial, or ADR setting + 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience + Strong knowledge of arbitration and mediation procedures and rules + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve complex issues + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems; adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI tools
