Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire)

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This role involves maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and other equipment. The schedule is a night shift from 6pm to 6am with a 2-2-3 rotation shift. Pay is $30-39.00 per hour based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining all company policies, installing and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, reconditioning used equipment, troubleshooting hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems, and decommissioning any unsafe or deteriorating equipment.

Essential skills include 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, proficiency in troubleshooting and interpreting blueprints, mechanical and electrical skills, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Additional skills and qualifications include a high school diploma, experience with injection mold machinery, and familiarity with automation and vision systems.

This role is based in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to an office setting. Employees are required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently, with occasional stooping, bending, or reaching. Specific vision abilities and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs are necessary. This is a permanent position, directly hired to our client based out of Libertyville, Illinois. The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr. with full benefits including 401K, health insurance, life insurance, medical, vision, and dental.
