Under administrative direction, serves as a M365 Senior DevOps Analyst for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) performing complex professional and advisory functions for a full range of information technology (IT) applications services including administering, planning, analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, testing, and implementing assigned projects. Serves as team leader on highly complex projects while independently planning, developing, and implementing techniques for gathering and interpreting data. Provides professional user support for applications and environments as assigned. Provides administration and oversight of enterprise-wide environments including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, document management platforms, forms management platforms as assigned. Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through online training platforms, meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields. Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Application Services or a related Information Technology field.
